WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered Dismissing this illegal case against respondents for lack of merit. However, we direct respondent Tele Tech Customer Care Management Philippines, Inc. through its authorized officers impleaded herein, to pay complainant the sum of TWENTY NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY PESOS AND 52/100 (Php 29,390.

However, we direct respondent Tele Tech Customer Care Management Philippines, Inc. through its authorized officers impleaded herein, to pay complainant the sum of TWENTY NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY PESOS AND 52/100 (Php 29,390.52) , representing the latter's separation pay and to deposit the same to the Cashier of this Regional Arbitration Branch (RAB), within ten (10) days from receipt of this Decision. SO ORDERED.
