Ruling

WHEREFORE , foregoing considered, our decision dated March 13, 2002 is partially reconsidered and a new decision is entered reinstating the decision in full of the Labor Arbiter as affirmed by the NLRC which states: WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the complaint for illegal dismissal and unfair labor practice is hereby DENIED.
