WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered declaring the illegality of [respondents'] dismissal and ordering [petitioner] Melencio Gabriel to pay the [respondents] the total amount of ONE MILLION THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS [P1,034,000,] representing [respondents'] backwages and separation pay as follows: 1. Nelson Bilon Backwages P 284,800 Separation Pay 26,400 P 321,200 2. Angel Brazil Backwages P 294,800 Separation Pay 96,800 391,600 3. Ernesto Pagaygay Backwages P 294,800 Separation Pay 26,400 321,200 P 1,034,000 [Petitioner] Melencio Gabriel is likewise ordered to pay attorney's fees equivalent to five percent (5%) of the judgment award or the amount of P51,700 within ten (10) days from receipt of this Decision.
