TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE, finding accused ANTONIO DUROHOM y CATIIL GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of rape punishable under the Revised Penal Code, Article 266-A, as amended by Republic Act 8353, there being two generic aggravating circumstances and without a mitigating circumstance, he is hereby sentenced to RECLUSION PERPETUA , together with its accessory penalty. He is further directed to pay the victim the sum of P 50,000.00 as compensatory damages, P 50,000.00 as moral damages, and P 40,000.
