WHEREFORE, the Court finds respondent Balbino B. Germinal, Sheriff IV of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60 of Cadiz City, Negros Occidental GUILTY of SIMPLE NEGLECT OF DUTY, for which he is REPRIMANDED; and SIMPLE MISCONDUCT, for which he is FINED in the sum of P5,000.00, with a STERN WARNING that repetition of the same or similar offenses shall be dealt with more severely. SO ORDERED.
