WHEREFORE, respondent Sheriff IV Ariel S. Sangalang of the RTC, Branch 114, Pasay City is hereby adjudged guilty of neglect of duty and he is hereby fined in the sum of Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00) with the WARNING that the commission of the same or similar offense in the future will be dealt with more severely. SO ORDERED.
