PRIMO GUILTY of simple misconduct and neglect of duty and hereby imposes upon him a FINE in the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) with WARNING that commission of same or similar acts or omission will be dealt with more severely. Let a copy of this Resolution be attached to the 201 file of respondent.
