WHEREFORE , respondent Judge Irineo P. Pangilinan, Jr. of the Regional Trial Court of Angeles City, Branch 58 is hereby found GUILTY of UNDUE DELAY IN RENDERING A DECISION for which he is FINED in the amount of P10,000.00.
WHEREFORE , respondent Judge Irineo P. Pangilinan, Jr. of the Regional Trial Court of Angeles City, Branch 58 is hereby found GUILTY of UNDUE DELAY IN RENDERING A DECISION for which he is FINED in the amount of P10,000.00. He is warned that a repetition of the same or a similar act will be dealt with more severely. The other charges are hereby dismissed for lack of merit. SO ORDERED.
