WHEREFORE , we AFFIRM the findings of the OCA and ADOPT its recommendations with modification, as follows: 1) Finding respondent Judge Michael M. Amdengan GUILTY of Undue Delay in Rendering a Decision and accordingly FINE him in the amount of P10,000 with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or a similar act will be dealt with more severely; and 2) DISMISSING the charge of gross ignorance of the law for being judicial in nature. SO ORDERED.
