No.] 9165; [T]welve (12) years and one (1) day to fifteen (15) years and a fine of P300,000.00 for Violation of Section 11, Article II of [R.A. No.] 9165. The packet of [ shabu ], subject of sale, and the recovered seven (7) packs of [ shabu ] are forfeited in favor of the government. SO ORDERED.
