TL;DR — Ruling

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, judgment is hereby rendered finding accused Francisco Albior y Gebao GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of rape and sentencing him to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua , to pay Lorena Tolentino the sum of P50,000.00 as moral damages and to pay the costs of the suit. SO ORDERED.
