WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused Salvador Torio @ Adong guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Rape in Criminal Case No. L-5516 and of the crime of Attempted Rape in Criminal Case No. L-5517. Accordingly, he is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua in Criminal Case No.
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused Salvador Torio @ Adong guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Rape in Criminal Case No. L-5516 and of the crime of Attempted Rape in Criminal Case No. L-5517. Accordingly, he is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua in Criminal Case No. L-5516 for Rape and to pay the complainant P50,000.00 as moral damages; and, the penalty of two (2) years, four (4) months and one (1) day of Prision Correccional as minimum to six (6) years and one (1) day of Prision Mayor as maximum in Criminal Case No. L-5517 and to pay the complainant P20,000.00 as moral damages and the costs. SO ORDERED.
