TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE , premises considered, the prosecution having been [ sic ] established the guilt of the accused beyond reasonable doubt, this Court finds accused, RAMIL ANTIGUA, GUILTY of the crime of MURDER, and is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua. Likewise, the accused is ordered to pay the heirs of the victim the following, to wit: Moral damages - P75,000.00 Civil Indemnity - 75,000.00 Exemplary damages - 30,000.
