WHEREFORE, premises considered, the decision of the Labor Arbiter is hereby ANNULLED and SET ASIDE. A NEW Decision is entered declaring the illegal dismissal of complainant. Respondents J['] Marketing Corporation/Rogelio Soyao, EVP-General Manager/Pepito Estrellan, Kalibo Branch Manager are hereby ordered to jointly and severally pay complainant the following: 1. Backwages P 131,606.
