WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, this [c]ourt hereby finds accused JOSEPH GANTE MANLOLO, GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of RAPE in relation to R.A. 7610 and is sentence[d] to suffer the penalty of RECLUSION PERPETUA. He is also ordered to pay [AAA] the amount of P75,000.
