WHEREFORE , the foregoing considered, this Court hereby finds accused [XXX], GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of rape defined and penalized under Article 266-A, paragraph 1 (a) and (d) of Republic Act No. 8353 in relation to Republic Act No. 7610 and sentences him to suffer penalty of Reclusion Perpetua and to pay the complainant AAA the amount of Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (Php 75,000.00) as civil indemnity; Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (Php 75,000.
