WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Court finds accused ABC GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Rape in relation to R.A[.] 7610 and is sentenced to suffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua. [ABC] is likewise ordered to pay [AAA] P50,000.
