The Motion to Dismiss Civil Case No. 588-C is likewise hereby GRANTED and the Complaint dated August 13, 1999 is hereby DISMISSED for want of jurisdiction. 3. All counterclaims in both cases, Civil Case No. 548-C and 588-C are likewise ordered DISMISSED. SO ORDERED.
