WHEREFORE , in view of the foregoing, the petition is GRANTED. The Order of the Regional Trial Court of Pasay City, Branch 115 in Civil Case No. 97-0734, denying petitioner’s “Motion to Dismiss Complaint and For Direct Contempt Based on Forum Shopping,” as well as the Order denying petitioner’s “Motion for Reconsideration,” are REVERSED and SET ASIDE. The Regional Trial Court of Pasay City, Branch 115, is ordered to DISMISS Civil Case No.
