Ruling

WHEREFORE , . . . judgment is hereby rendered finding ACCUSED [XXX] guilty . . . for violation of Section 5 (i) of RA 9262. He is hereby sentenced to suffer four (4) years and one (1) day or prision correccional, as minimum, to six((6) years and one (1) day of prision mayor as maximum. In addition, accused is also ordered to pay a FINE in the amount of P100,000.00, and to undergo a mandatory psychological counseling or psychiatric treatment and report compliance to the Court. SO ORDERED.
