Ruling

WHEREFORE , premises considered, the Court renders judgment as follows: In Criminal Case No. 13025 , accused [XXX261920] is hereby acquitted of the crime of Violation of Republic Act 9262, Section 5(i) for insufficiency of evidence. In Criminal Case No. 13026, accused [XXX261920) is found guilty of the crime of Violation of Republic Act No. 9262, Section 5(i) and ordered to serve an indeterminate sentence of imprisonment of six (6) months and one (1) day of prision correccional minimum as minimum to eight (8) years of prision mayor minimum as maximum and to pay a fine in the amount [of] One hundred thousand pesos (Php100,000.00) and to undergo mandatory psychological counselling or psychiatric treatment and shall report compliance to the court. SO ORDERED.
