Ruling

Accordingly, pursuant to Section 10 of Republic Act 8484 and applying the Indeterminate Sentence Law, said accused is hereby sentenced to suffer an imprisonment penalty of six (6) years of prision correccional , as minimum, to not more than ten (10) years of prision mayor , as maximum. Further, accused is also ordered to pay a fine of Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) for the offense committed. SO ORDERED.
