WHEREFORE , judgment is hereby rendered finding accused Donna Claire de Vera and Abigail Cacal GUILTY as charged of illegal sale of shabu in conspiracy with each other and are therefore sentenced to suffer the penalty of life imprisonment and to pay a fine of P500,000.00. The contraband subject hereof is hereby confiscated, the same to be disposed of as the law prescribes. SO ORDERED.
