WHEREFORE, the Court finds [Abadilla] GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt as charged of illegal sale of shabu and is accordingly sentenced to suffer the penalty of Life Imprisonment and to pay a fine of P500,000.00. The shabu subject hereof is hereby confiscated for proper disposition as the law prescribes. SO ORDERED.
