WHEREFORE , judgment is hereby rendered finding accused Jerry Barayuga y Joaquin GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt as charged of illegal sale of shabu and is accordingly sentenced to suffer the penalty of LIFE IMPRISONMENT and pay a fine of P500,000.00. The shabu subject hereof is confiscated for proper disposition as the law prescribes. SO ORDERED.
