WHEREFORE, the Court finds the accused Eric Mendoza and Angelito Balagtas guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Robbery with Rape. The Court imposes upon the accused the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua. To pay the offended party P12,000.00 actual damage and P100,000.
