WHEREFORE, the guilt of the accused having been established beyond reasonable doubt for the crime of Rape, the Court hereby sentences the accused to suffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua and to pay the costs. The accused is further ordered to indemnify the victim the sum of P50,000.00 as moral damages. SO ORDERED.
