WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the Court hereby finds accused JOSE SANTOS GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of six (6) counts of Rape defined and penalized under Article 335 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 7659, and hereby sentences him to suffer six (6) DEATH penalties (one for each count) and to pay private complainant Vanessa Bancefra the amount of Fifty Thousand (P50,000.00) as moral damages. “SO ORDERED.
