WHEREFORE, this Court finds the accused Felipe delos Santos guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Rape defined and penalized in Article 335 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended and sentences him to suffer the penalty of DEATH and to pay the costs. The accused is hereby ordered to indemnify the victim, Nhanette delos Santos the amount of P50,000.00 as moral damages. SO ORDERED.
