WHEREFORE, finding the accused Bernabe Sancha guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the two (2) counts of rape as charged under Art. 335 Revised Penal Code as amended by R.A. 7659, he is hereby sentenced to suffer the extreme penalty of DEA TH in both cases and to pay the offended party the amount of P 100,000.
