WHEREFORE IN THE LIGHT OF THE FOREGOING PREMISES, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused MARCELO SANCHEZ Y CALDERON, guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the offense charged. He is ordered to suffer the penalty of life imprisonment and to pay a fine of [P]500,000.00. The Branch Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to forward the specimen subject of this case covered by Final Chemistry Report No.
