WHEREFORE, this Court finds accused FERDINAND FRANCISCO guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Rape and is hereby sentenced to RECLUSION PERPETUA. He is also ordered to pay damages in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P50,000.00) to AAA as indemnity and to pay the attorney’s fees of the Private Prosecutor in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS.
