WHEREFORE , respondent is found guilty of neglect of duty, and a FINE equivalent to his one-month salary is hereby imposed upon him. Likewise, upon receipt of this Decision, respondent sheriff is hereby DIRECTED to immediately implement the subject writ. He is warned that the commission of the same offense or a similar act in the future will be dealt with more severely. SO ORDERED.
