WHEREFORE , respondent Eugenio E. Fuentes, Jr., Sheriff IV, Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court (RTC), Cebu City is hereby found GUILTY of Simple Neglect of Duty for which he is meted out a FINE equivalent to one (1) month and one (1) day of his salary, computed on the basis of his salary at the time the decision becomes final and executory. SO ORDERED.
