Santos, Jr., Sheriff III, Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 2, Laoag City, GUILTY of simple neglect of duty and imposes upon him a FINE in an amount equivalent to his salary for one month, with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar offense will be dealt with more severely. Let a copy of this Decision be attached to the records of respondent sheriff Rodolfo T.
