WHEREFORE , Judge Leoncio M. Janolo, Jr. is found administratively liable under Sec. 9 (1), Rule 140 of the Rules of Court for another undue delay in rendering a decision or order for which he is FINED in the amount of Eleven Thousand Pesos (P11,000), with a FINAL STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar acts shall be most severely dealt with.
