WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered: x x x 2. FINDING accused NICOLA JAKOBSEN y ARNE GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of Statutory Rape (in CBU-107331) and hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua ; 3. Ordering the accused NICOLA JAKOBSEN y ARNE to pay the victim in CBU-107331 [PHP 75,000.00] as civil indemnity, [PHP 75,000.00] as moral damages[,] and [PHP] 30,000.00 as exemplary damages, plus legal interest on all damages at the rate of 6% from the date of finality of this Decision (in CBU-107331). 4. FINDING accused NICOLA JAKOBSEN y ARNE and ALONA TURTOSA y OUANO GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of Qualified Trafficking in Persons under RA 10364 (in CBU-107332) and hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of life imprisonment and a fine of [PHP] 2,000,000.00. 5. Ordering accused NICOLA JAKOBSEN y ARNE and ALONA TURTOSA y OUANO to pay each of the victims in CBU-107332, [PHP] 500,000.00 as moral damages and [PHP] 100,000.00 as exemplary damages. SO ORDERED.
