WHEREFORE, premises considered judgment is hereby rendered finding accused [XYZ]: GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Rape as charged in Crim. Case No. RTC-11169-I and hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua . The accused is ordered to pay AAA in said case Php75,000.00 as civil indemnity, Php50,000.00 as moral damages and Php30,000.00 as exemplary damages with interest of 6% per annum on such awards reckoned from the finality of this decision until full payment.
