Ruling

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, judgment is hereby rendered finding accused ARSENIO MANAGUELOD y Tandayu GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of violating Batas Pambansa Blg. 6 in relation to R.A. 7166 and the Omnibus Election Code as amended and sentences him to suffer the penalty of [o]ne (1) year and four (4) months as minimum to [t]hree (3) years, eight (8) months and one (1) (sic) as maximum. Furthermore, the accused shall be disqualified from holding public office and right of suffrage, all in accordance with law. SO ORDERED.
