Ruling

Accordingly, the accused is hereby sentenced to suffer an imprisonment of two (2) years without probation as provided by law. In addition, he shall be disqualified to hold public office and deprived of the right of suffrage during his term of service pursuant to Section 264, Batas Pambansa [Blg.] 881 in relation to Article 43 of the Revised Penal Code. x x x x SO ORDERED.
