WHEREFORE, the accused PABLO C. VILLABER is hereby found GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt as principal of the violation of Batas Pambansa Blg. 22, as penalized under Section 1 thereof, and is accordingly sentenced to suffer an imprisonment of One (1) Year, with all the accessory penalties attaching thereto, and to pay the costs. SO ORDERED.
