WHEREFORE, this court renders judgment in favor of the plaintiffs and against the defendant Gil Apolinario and orders the latter to pay plaintiffs the following: [PHP] 25,000.00 as temperate damages; [PHP] 428,880.00 as unearned income of Francisco de los Santos; [PHP] 50,000.00 as civil indemnity; [PHP] 50,000.
