WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered dismissing the complaint for lack of cause of action, and on the counterclaim, plaintiff is ordered to indemnify the defendants as follows: a) The sum of PhP30,000.00 as and by way of moral damages; b) The sum of PhP30,000.00 as and by way of exemplary damages; c) The sum of PhP20,000.00 as and by way of attorney's fees; and d) To pay the costs of the suit.
