Wherefore, the Court finds accused guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the heinous crime of rape, there being no mitigating circumstances considered, accused is hereby sentenced to face the supreme penalty of death. Accused is hereby ordered to indemnify complainant the sum of Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00) for damages. SO ORDERED.
