WHEREFORE, this Court finds the accused CESAR GLORIOSO LAGRONIO PADILLA, a.k.a. “ERICK PADILLA,” GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of rape and sentences him to suffer the extreme penalty of death, as well as to pay the victim Laiza M.

WHEREFORE, this Court finds the accused CESAR GLORIOSO LAGRONIO PADILLA, a.k.a. ERICK PADILLA, GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of rape and sentences him to suffer the extreme penalty of death, as well as to pay the victim Laiza M. Salvador the sum of P75,000.00 as actual or compensatory, not moral, damages. xxx SO ORDERED.
