Decision

Ruling

ACCORDINGLY, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused ALEJANDRO SURILLA Y AYENG, GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of RAPE as a principal and he is hereby sentenced to the supreme penalty of DEATH, the accused being the father of the victim. The accused is also ordered to pay Maricel Surilla the sum of P50,000.00 as damages. Costs vs. the accused. SO ORDERED.
