WHEREFORE, accused Teresito Radonis Quiqui a.k.a. "Terry" having pleaded GUILTY to the lesser offense of Possession of Equipment, Instrument, Apparatus and Other Paraphernalia for Dangerous Drugs under Section 12, Article II of R.
WHEREFORE, accused Teresito Radonis Quiqui a.k.a. "Terry" having pleaded GUILTY to the lesser offense of Possession of Equipment, Instrument, Apparatus and Other Paraphernalia for Dangerous Drugs under Section 12, Article II of R.A. No. 9165, the Court finds the accused guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Possession of Equipment, Instrument, Apparatus and Other Paraphernalia for Dangerous Drugs defined and penalized under Section 12, Article II of R.A. 9165. The Court hereby sentences the accused to suffer the penalty of imprisonment of two (2) y s as minimum to four (4) years as maximum and to pay a fine of fifty thousand pesos (Php50,000.00). The period of detention of the accused shall be counted in the service of his sentence. The items listed under the Information for Criminal Case No. 2016-24021 are hereby ordered confiscated and forfeited in favor of the government and shall be disposed of in accordance with law and regulations. SO ORDERED.
