WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the Motion to Quash Based on Lack of Jurisdiction over the Offense Charged and that the Criminal Action has been Extinguished filed by the accused Atty. Berteni Cataluña Causing is hereby DENIED for lack of merit. Let the arraignment of the accused proceed on 24 November 2021 at 8:30 in the morning through videoconference hearing. Parties are hereby directed to furnish the court's official e-mail address ( rtclqzn093@judiciary.
