WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the Court hereby resolves as follows: (1) Accused Robert Balao, Josephine Angsico and Virgilio Dacalos' Motion to Admit Motion to Quash dated October 4, 2006 is GRANTED; the Motion to Quash dated October 4, 2006 attached thereto, is GRANTED. Accordingly, the case is hereby DISMISSED insofar as the said accused-movants are concerned. (2) The Motion to Quash dated October 2, 2006 of accused Engr. Felicisimo F.
