ACCORDINGLY , the instant appeal is DENIED . The Decision dated June 29, 2020 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. CR-HC No. 11879 is hereby AFFIRMED . Accused-appellant Nadjera Tamundi y Pamlian is found GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of illegal sale of dangerous drugs, as defined and penalized under Section 5, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165. She is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of life imprisonment and ordered to pay the fine of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00). SO ORDERED.
